What is covered by the car rental?

24-hour service, starting from the moment you pick up the vehicle, and basic insurance coverage.

What are the payment methods for the car rental service?

- Credit card (with sufficient funds to cover the security deposit)
- Cash or debit payment

What fuel level will the vehicle have upon delivery?

It is normally delivered full. However, if it is not, we will always provide enough fuel for you to move around. IMPORTANT! You must return the vehicle with the same fuel level it was delivered with.

Is there a mileage limit?

There is no mileage limit.

What is the security deposit or vehicle guarantee?

As the name suggests, it is the guarantee that backs up the car insurance deductibles. The value of the deposit or guarantee is based on the category of the selected vehicle.

Can I receive the vehicle at the airport or another location?

Yes. We offer free vehicle delivery and pickup at the airport, hotels, Airbnb accommodations, and most locations across Aruba.

Can I modify my reservation?

Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.

Can someone else drive the rental vehicle?

Yes. Additional drivers may be added to the rental agreement for an extra fee. This ensures that all drivers are properly registered and covered under the rental agreement.

What happens if I return the vehicle late?

Please notify us as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply depending on the delay.

Is roadside assistance available?

Yes. We provide assistance in case of mechanical issues during your rental period.

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made online, by WhatsApp, phone, or email.
